OUR STORY

Teasley Drug has been serving the pharmaceutical needs of the Gravette area for over 30 years since Ron Teasley, R.Ph. began the business in 1984.

Originally from western Oklahoma, Ron relocated to Arkansas after a professional career in Oklahoma City and eventually opened a location in Gravette, Arkansas. Over the years, Ron successfully competed against a number of larger chain stores and received numerous awards for not only his progressive merchandising strategies but community involvement as well.

After earning her Bachelor's at the University of Arkansas, and inspired by Ron’s commitment to his community and customers, his daughter Lindsey decided to pursue a career in retail pharmacy.

Moving to Western Oklahoma, Lindsey attended pharmacy school at Southwestern Oklahoma State University, Ron’s alma mater, and in 2009 graduated with her Doctorate of Pharmacy.

Together with his wife Linda, they served a number of community groups, including the Gravette Chamber of Commerce, Lions Club and Gravette School Board, with Ron being the voice of many Gravette High School and Junior High Football games.  Being a native of Northwest Arkansas and having a Bachelors in Elementary Education from John Brown, Linda not only played an active role in the drug store but was a 2nd grade teacher for the Gravette School System for a number of years.

It is this commitment to community and dedication to customer service that helped Ron win the prestigious Bowl of Hygeia/Community Service Award in 1996.

Upon completing her rotations in Tulsa, Lindsey returned to her hometown to work at the business she grew up with. Since that time Lindsey has not only taken an active role as a pharmacist but endeavored to carry on the ideals instilled by Ron.

In 2014, Ron made the decision to retire and sold the business to Lindsey and her husband Ryan.  Though originally a software engineer, Ryan moved to Gravette in 2008 upon graduating with his MBA, where he worked as a Vice President and lender for Bank of Gravett.

Ryan resigned from the Bank in 2015 in order to manage the financial end of the business, thereby allowing Lindsey to pursue her true passion and focus entirely on caring for her patients.

Our goal is to use the core principals established by Ron and Linda to always be your family owned and community oriented pharmacy. Furthermore, as a pharmacy first and foremost, our passion is to maximize your patient experience through a superior level of care and to provide quality products at a competitive price.
