Covid-19 Booster Information
As of 9/12/2022 we are no longer scheduling appointments for COVID vaccinations and boosters but are accepting "walk-in" patients every week on Friday. Be sure to call in advance (479-787-5966) to confirm that we have available stock or there have not been any scheduling changes.
Please note, that we no longer have a stock of the original "monovalent" Pfizer vaccine and are only able to provide the updated "bivalent" boosters for the Omicron variant.
Once you have successfully booked an appointment slot a confirmation window will appear. The Email address you entered will then receive a confirmation Email with additional instructions and forms. Once received, PLEASE read this Email thoroughly as it will provide you with additional information regarding your appointment.
